One of the things I haven't come to terms with is fasting!
It's so hard for me to fast, 2 days, 3 days, or even one day of fasting. I always wonder if I'm not taking an intentional hunger break!
I also recall the time when I promised myself that I would go too fast for 3 consecutive days, from the night before to 3 p.m. the following day, my eyes nearly fell out from hunger. The time was constantly going by, and I had tasted every kind of food in my head.
Likewise, I understand that some people are like me, very lazy to fast, but as a Christian, it's one of the most essential ways to strengthen your faith, not only for Christians but for Muslims as well as we get closer to Ramadan.
Going without food for a time, whether for health or religious reasons, can be good for you!
